We successfully transformed this multi-family walk-up in the Brooklyn R6 zone into a modern and desirable living space that met owners’ goals and expectations. By opting for a gut renovation without increasing the FAR, we maximized the existing space while keeping their budget in mind. This approach allowed them to occupy a portion of the building during construction, minimizing disruptions and ensuring a seamless transition.

We achieved their vision of designing transit market rate units by strategically planning layouts and optimizing natural light throughout the building. By carefully considering architectural features, we created bright and inviting interiors that enhanced the overall livability of the space.

Additionally, we focused on creating units that cater to modern lifestyle needs, incorporating thoughtful amenities and features to attract discerning tenants. Our design approach ensured that each unit offered functionality, comfort, and style, contributing to the overall appeal and value of the property.

Overall, I successfully delivered a renovated multi-family walk-up that met their requirements and reflects my commitment to excellence in client satisfaction.
